The sleepy island of Caye Caulker, Belize, awakens for their biggest celebration of the year. Three days of all things lobster – it’s Caye Caulker Lobsterfest!
There is no time to “Go Slow” during Caye Caulker Lobsterfest because thousands from around the country and tourists inundate the island to eat lobster, swim in sea, bask in the sun, roam the beach, sip tropical cocktails and dance the night away. It’s one giant beach party that lasts for three days. WOW!

Miss Caye Caulker Lobsterfest
Lobsterfest in Caye Caulker kicked off with the selection of Miss Lobsterfest on Friday, June 30, 2017. Four island girls contested the title, but in the end Aaliyah Elijio was crowned Miss Lobsterfest, while Annabella Requena took first-runner up. It was a colorful pageant that paid tribute to Mother Nature and the wilderness of Belize. (Click Here for an up-close look at the contestants)
