I am overly excited to officially launch my personal blog which I have dubbed “My Traveling Feet”. The idea to photograph my feet at various locations that I visited through my ongoing work with Ambergris Today Online and now iTravel Belize came to me just to show off the amazing destinations my beautiful country of Belize has to offer.
My career as a journalist has given me great opportunities to experience amazing adventures, gaze at extraordinary scenery and visit wonderful places in Belize that I would have otherwise not been able to or would not have thought of pursuing. Being a tourist in my own country has allowed me to appreciate the grandeur of Belize and its people and only inspired me to share all my experiences with my friends and the world.
It is through reporting and feature writing on Ambergris Today Online that iTravel Belize was born. Not only do I want to heavily promote my home town of San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, (on AT Online) but I also want to show the world why Belize is becoming one of the most talked about destinations in the world.
iTravel Belize does just that -“ it shares personal experiences of places we have visited, food we have devoured, mountains climbed, forest zip lined, caves explored and sharks encountered. I am very proud to share the hard work we put into creating a website that is 100% Belizean. We have redesigned it, set it on its own domain name and launched it to continue promoting Belize to the World.
My Traveling Feet blog is an extension of my work with Ambergris Today and iTravel Belize. I will be post behind the scenes pictures of my adventures, travels, special moments, give you an extra look to articles posted on both the news and travel site. Follow me as I update it on a regular basis with pictures, video and short write-ups on what My Traveling Feet are up to.
